The base is a heavy cast iron plate. The base is supported by formed stainless steel legs with height adjustable feet. The internal oven components; char plate and wipers, are cast iron.
The drive components are hardened steel. The 1/3 HP motor operates sawdust agitator and char plates.
All sheet metal fabrications are stainless steel.
The electrical enclosures; control and heater termination, are NEMA 4X stainless steel. The oven contains high efficiency ceramic fiber insulation.
