Our latest innovation, the SG-12, utilizes the destructive distillation of dry sawdust—without burning -- to more safely impart consistently richer flavors and desirable color characteristics.
All processed meats, cheeses, poultry and fish can accurately be labeled as “naturally smoked.”
Digital controls provide pinpoint accuracy for temperature adjustments and a daily timer allows automatic start-up and shutdown for ease of use.
The solid-state electronics are well protected from smoke to preserve machine reliability. The ergonomically located operator interface assures convenience and added safety.
The Smoke generator can be used on the following products.
After the smoking process all products can be labelled "naturally smoked".
