New system with CleanFlow cooker followed by a diversion conveyor that will take products like pasta to an EasyFlow rapid cooler, or take products like rice and potatoes to our new TemperFlow steam cooker for final cooking.
Rapid Cooling and Improved Rice Quality
This enables customers to cool down pasta and other products to +5 °C in 29 seconds, or dramatically increase rice quality by cooking the 80% pre-cooked rice through our TemperFlow steam cooking for the finished cooking.
Gentle Cooking of Diced Potatoes
Diced potatoes will be cooked to approximately 80% in water in our CleanFlow, with the remaining cooking completed in our Steam Belt TemperFlow to reduce damage to the potatoes and minimize product loss.
